Virtual Therapy
Life is busy, and making time for therapy shouldn’t be another stressor. Virtual psychotherapy offers the flexibility to get the support you need from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere you feel safe. No commute, no waiting rooms—just real, meaningful conversations that fit into your life. Whether you're navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or overwhelming emotions, online therapy provides a private, convenient, and effective way to work through challenges and build the life you want.

Experiential Therapy
Sometimes, understanding your struggles isn’t enough—you need to feel the change. Experiential therapy goes beyond talk by engaging your emotions, body, and mind in real-time. Through guided exercises, reflections, and deep emotional work, you can break free from old patterns, process stuck feelings, and build a stronger connection with yourself. It’s an active, powerful way to move past what’s holding you back and step into the life you want.
-
Mindfulness
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you step out of the cycle of overthinking, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm. By combining practical CBT skills with mindfulness, you learn to notice your thoughts without getting caught up in them, manage emotions more effectively, and respond to life with greater clarity and calm. It’s about building awareness, reducing reactivity, and creating space for real change.

Individual
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, which is why our work together is tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. We will take the time to understand what’s really going on for you and adapt interventions that make sense for your life. This individualized approach ensures that therapy is effective, meaningful, and aligned with what truly matters to you.
What to Expect
First Session - 90mins
In our first session, we’ll take the time to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, your history, and what you hope to get out of our work together. I’ll ask questions to get a clear picture of your struggles, patterns, and goals, and we’ll start identifying what’s getting in the way of the change you want. This session is also a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and see if it’s a good fit for you.
Follow-Up Sessions - 55mins
In ongoing sessions, we’ll work together to deepen your understanding of yourself, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build emotional resilience. You’ll have space to process emotions, gain clarity, and practice new skills and ways of relating to yourself and others. Therapy is an active process, and I’ll guide you in working through what’s keeping you stuck so you can move toward the life you want.
